Bob Neiwirth
Bob NeiwirthPrincipal

Mr. Neiwirth has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry working in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Southern California and Hawaii.     Mr. Neiwirth’s background includes the following areas of work:

  • Owner’s Representation – Program/Project/Construction Management
  • Budget , Schedule, Cost Control and Reporting
  • Design,  Forensic Repairs
  • Project Planning and Execution
  • Construction Document Development & Administration
  • Risk Management & Claims Avoidance and Dispute Resolution
  • Sustainable Building Design and Construction


His experience in the industry and his focus on service has enabled him to successfully function as a member or leader of the team both in the field or office.  His attention to detail, ability to sort through complicated processes and organize complex tasks has allowed him to be called upon by clients and peers alike. Mr. Neiwirth is also very knowledgeable in design-build, lump sum and negotiated contract arrangements.

Natasha Oshiro Sneddon
Natasha Oshiro Sneddon Construction Manager
Ms. Oshiro Sneddon has over 18 years of experience in various aspects of the construction industry, working in both Nevada and Southern California.  On the general contracting side, she has worked in Business Development, Purchasing, Pre-Construction and in operations as a Project Manager.  She has served as the owner’s representative, as a staff extension for general contractors and as a CM consultant for various firms.  As an Owner’s representative Natasha has prepared Requests for Qualifications and Requests for Proposals and negotiated project costs with general contractors.  She has facilitated all types of construction contracts including design-build projects, negotiated projects and lump sum projects both as an owner’s representative and a general contractor.  Her experience has been most recently with low-rise office, retail construction, and industrial tilt-up construction and specializes in high–end interiors work. She has been instrumental in the success of various projects through her diligence, research, management and organizational skills.

Michael Miller
Michael MillerConstruction Manager
Mr.  Miller has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry.  He has served the industry in a variety of roles including Owner’s Representative, Staff Extension, Program Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and General Contractor.  His responsibilities include preconstruction analysis, constructability reviews, subcontractor buyouts, jobsite set-up, budget control, status reports, change order negotiation, scheduling, field supervision and project close-out.  He has experience with negotiated contracts and management of CM Multiple Prime projects.  He has a particular ability to assess project challenges, present viable solutions and keep the projects on schedule and budget. Each of these roles have provided Michael with an extensive amount of experience in educational facilities, private/public projects, hospital and healthcare facilities construction and many other programs.  With his solid background in construction and ability to effectively communicate with different personalities (from contractors and inspectors to owners and architects), he is very instrumental to the success of the project.  Michael maintains a lead role in resolving complicated technical issues as well as formulating action plans for multiple team members in order to achieve successful projects

Rebecca Diaz
Rebecca DiazAdministrative Assistant
Ms. Diaz joined RTI with a background in human resources and business and is currently working on completion of the Archival Vault project for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences assisting the project team with administrative tasks.  Her organizational skills have enabled the team to take on various additional projects within the Archive Foundation building.   She has taken the initiative to communicate with the trades and clients in order to assist the project team’s communication goals.

Natalie Neiwirth
Natalie NeiwirthMarketing /Executive Assistant
Ms. Neiwirth joined RTI after graduating college to assist in the development of our marketing program and the organization of the Facilities department at some of our client’s facilities.  She works actively with the client’s personnel to establish protocols and tracking systems in order to respond to customer needs and requests.  She also participates in development meetings with clients where her experience in sales and marketing have enabled her to provide relevant target market research and prepare preliminary business plans for review by the teams involved.

Lynn Jakoby
Lynn JakobyCost Engineer, Accountant, LEED Green Associate
Ms. Jakoby has over 18 years of experience in construction and finance with both a major international contractor and a construction management firm.  She has experience with projects ranging from $10K to $32M providing services in cost control, finance and accounting.  Her abilities include analyzing customer needs as well as procuring and tracking purchases for clients.  She has a talent for working with numbers, an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude that is an attribute to any project team.
