Project Description

Facilities Management – Provide management level services for the maintenance of the facility which includes a library, office spaces and archival storage.  Prepare budgets, perform building evaluations, identify maintenance requirements and long term material and equipment needs.  Manage preparation of new building automation systems, replacement mechanical equipment, energy efficiency improvements as mandated by SCE, lighting control improvements, fire alarm panel upgrades and replacements, security system upgrades and improvements, elevator modernization and overall building care & preventative measures.
